Up to five shows can be nominated per category. In the event of a points tie, there can be six nominees in a category. There can also be less nominees. Voting is done on a points basis. If shows don’t meet the point standard it could not be nominated even if there are less than 5 shows nominated. If a category does not have enough shows to nominate, we eliminate that category. If a category only has one show that is rated well above the minimum but has no other show to compete against, they will receive an award for Special Recognition.

All shows are rated in Primary Categories. Craft Categories are only rated if a show submits to that category. Shows were rated ONLY on the craft categories submitted.

2022 IAWTV Awards went live in a virtual ceremony on February 5, 2022
